Merit provides 24X7X365 support. Our Merit Support Center (MSC)
is staffed by a highly-trained team that can provide immediate assistance with any support questions or
planning issues. The MSC offers 24x7 assistance to Members with network connection issues and questions related to services, including MeritMail, MeritVoice, Merit RADb, Merit Colocation, and others. In addition, the Merit Support Center can assist with new service inquiries and provide Erate support.
