Master the Essentials of Cisco Voice

IP-based phone systems are a vital piece of an organization's infrastructure, and Merit invites you to "ICOMM - Introducing Cisco Voice and UC Administration v8.0" on August 8-12 to learn the essentials of administering a Cisco Voice implementation. The intensive, hands-on course will cover the following components of Cisco's UC system:
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
  • CUCM Express
  • Cisco Unity Connection
  • Cisco Unified Presence
You will gain knowledge of the telephony features supported in CUCM and CUCM Express, including the administrator and end-user interface options, and you will learn to configure the most commonly used features. The course will include 22 lab sessions to provide you with a hands-on understanding of Cisco Voice. You will also learn how to maintain your system, performing tasks such as daily administration, adds, moves and changes.

Register today and join us in Ann Arbor on August 8-12.
